Rebecca is a Programme Director for Data for Research & Development at NHS England, where she oversaw the design and delivery of a £200m cross-government investment in data infrastructure.

Prior to that, Rebecca spent seven years at the Cystic Fibrosis Trust, directing the UK CF Registry, co-investigating data-driven clinical trials, and leading global COVID-19 monitoring for the CF community. She brings over 15 years’ experience across the NHS, research, and charitable sectors, with deep expertise in data strategy, clinical trials, and public engagement. Rebecca also holds advisory roles with UK Biobank, the Thames Valley and Surrey Secure Data Environment, and the MS Register.
